TheysaidthatChinawillgraduallyshakeofftheimpactofCOVID-19andpostanotableeconomicreboundin2023,giventhefurtherimplementationofoptimizedmeasuresandthemorepro-growthfocusofpolicymakers.

YinYanlin,deputydirectoroftheofficeoftheCentralCommitteeforFinancialandEconomicAffairs,saidtheoptimizationoftheCOVID-19containmentmeasureswillcreatefavorableconditionsforeconomicrecovery.

WangYiming,formerdeputydirectoroftheDevelopmentResearchCenteroftheStateCouncil,saidtherecentlyheldCentralEconomicWorkConferencehassentclearandpositivesignalsofstabilizinggrowth,boostingdomesticdemand,supportingthedevelopmentofprivatesectoreconomyandstabilizingthepropertymarket,whichstronglyimprovedtheexpectationsandbolsteredmarketconfidence.

12月24日，在以“经济高质量发展与中国特色金融发展之路”为主题的中国财富管理50人论坛2022年会上，中央财经委员会办公室副主任尹艳林表示，疫情是当前影响经济运行的关键变量，可以说我国经济已挺过了最困难时刻。随着优化调整疫情防控政策的落实，人流、物流将更加顺畅，经济社会生活各领域都有望加快恢复，经济活力将得到有效释放。

展望明年，尹艳林表示，经济发展面临的困难挑战很多，外部环境仍动荡不安，世界经济可能面临滞胀风险，外需收缩等给我国经济带来的影响加大、加深。从国内看，经济恢复的基础尚不牢固，“三重压力”仍然较大，但发展的有利因素增多，经济运行有望整体好转。这既是中央经济工作会议提出的目标要求，也是明年我国经济将大概率呈现的发展趋势。

从更长周期看，近年来的经济下行，只不过是疫情带来的短期扰动，尚不足以改变我国经济发展的长期趋势，经济快速恢复的曙光就在前头，对此，要有十分的信心。

尹艳林表示，大力提振市场信心，这是明年经济工作的头等大事。眼下，又到了信心比黄金更重要的时候。中央经济工作会议明确要求，从战略全局出发，从改善社会心理预期、提振发展信心入手，纲举目张做好工作。其中，一项至关重要的任务就是切实落实“两个毫不动摇”。
